You will act as the key bridge between management and the floor, ensuring high standards in service, stock management, and team leadership. This hands-on role requires an experienced professional comfortable balancing administrative duties with floor service and barista responsibilities.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Assist the Outlet Manager in daily operations and take full charge during their absence.
- The "Closing" Expert: Manage closing shifts with precision, ensuring the outlet is secure, clean, and ready for the next day.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Oversee stock counts, manage pastry inventory, and ensure minimal wastage.
- All-Rounder Excellence: Lead by example on the floor, including professional waitressing, performing barista work, and handling premium pastry displays.
- Team Support: Train junior staff and maintain a positive, high-standard team culture.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2 years in F&B, with experience in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- The All-Rounder: Comfortable switching between service, coffee-making, and administrative tasks.
- Detail-Oriented: Sharp eye for inventory levels and outlet cleanliness.
- A Natural Leader: Ability to motivate a team during busy periods while keeping composure.
