What You Will Do (Your Impact): - Be the Face: You aren't just behind the scenes. You will be on-camera, bringing our scripts and products to life with energy and confidence. - Own the Edit: You will turn raw footage into viral-worthy content using JianYing (剪映). We need those fast-paced cuts, trending effects, and sound design that keeps people watching. - Visual Aesthetics: You can do eye-catching and converting ads. Aesthetics is not our priority, conversion is. - Trend Hunting: You don't wait for instructions. You tell us what the next trending sound is and how we can jump on it. - Act Fast: It's ok to make mistakes, but you will need to act fast and learn from mistakes. We spend over RM200k per month on ads where more than RM100k is on testing. Requirements Who You Are (The Requirements): - Tool Master: You are highly proficient in JianYing (剪映), Canva, Photoshop and AI tools. - Data Driven: You know Cost per Message, ROAS and etc to determine whether your content works or not. - Camera Ready: You are confident, articulate, and not shy in front of the lens. You can memorize scripts or improvise on the spot. - Proactive & Hungry: You don't ask "What should I do today?" You come to the meeting with 3 video ideas ready to shoot. - Language: Familiarity with digital marketing trends and practices in Chinese-speaking communities. - Responsible and Reliable: We only focus on results, so we hate micromanaging you and we will treat you like an adult. - Adaptability: Here, everything changes quickly. You will need to be fast adapting, quick and hungry for new knowledge, and execute fast. Content working last month might not work this month. - Freshgrads are welcomed: As long as you are creative and have the hunger for knowledge, we want you! - Language: Demonstrated full professional mastery of Chinese is required for reading and writing.
