Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic Business Engagement & Partnership Intern to help expand and strengthen Healix's healthcare network. You will work closely with the Business Development team to engage clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and corporate partners. The role focuses on building relationships, supporting onboarding activities, and turning registered partners into active users.

Required Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management or related fields
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident and relationship-oriented Business Engagement & Partnership Intern to help expand and strengthen Healix's healthcare network. You will work closely with the Business Development team to engage clinics, pharmacies, laboratories and corporate partners, support onboarding activities, and encourage active participation within the Healix ecosystem. This role is not just about making sales calls. It is about building relationships, creating engagement and turning registered partners into active users.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage existing and prospective healthcare partners through calls, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
- Follow up with clinics, pharmacies, laboratories and corporate clients.
- Assist in partner onboarding, registration and product demonstrations.
- Maintain regular communication with existing partners.
- Identify inactive partners and coordinate re-engagement activities.
- Introduce new Healix features, services and campaigns to partners.
- Collect partner feedback and communicate issues to internal teams.
- Maintain partner databases, engagement records and follow-up trackers.
- Assist in organizing partner visits, engagement sessions and business activities.
- Support the Business Development team in achieving network growth and activation targets.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management or related fields.
- Minimum 6-month internship commitment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with different types of people.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Comfortable with telephone calls, WhatsApp and client engagement.
- Basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
- Willing to travel for partner visits when required.
