Job Summary
B&B Bakery is seeking friendly and motivated Retail Assistants to join their team in Johor Bahru. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, handling cashier duties, and maintaining bakery product displays. Candidates must be comfortable working on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with bakery product selection and enquiries.
- Handle cashier duties, POS transactions and daily payments accurately.
- Arrange, replenish and maintain attractive bakery product displays.
- Monitor product freshness, expiry dates and stock availability.
- Perform daily stock checks and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
- Follow company SOPs and instructions from supervisors.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent preferred.
- Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, bakery or F&B is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, hardworking, responsible and punctual.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Willing to learn and work in a team.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage.
