Account & Ops Intern

Responsibilities: - Assist with daily accounting and operational tasks. - Prepare invoices, receipts, purchase orders (PO), and delivery orders (DO). - Assist in payment tracking and maintaining financial records. - Monitor inventory and update stock records. - Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams. - Assist in order processing and delivery arrangements. - Handle general administrative tasks and documentation. - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: - Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. - Able to work independently and as part of a team. - No prior working experience required.
