Retail Assistant
Job Summary
Megan Retail Sdn Bhd is seeking a Full Time Retail Assistant at Isetan KLCC to attend to customer inquiries, handle sales transactions, and maintain store cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have minimum SPM qualification and be willing to conduct live selling sessions. Basic salary, allowance, OT claim, and commission are provided.

Required Skills
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Retail sales experience preferred

Job Details
Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Assist customers in selecting jewellery and provide product information and recommendations
Handle sales transactions (cash, card payments, and POS system)
Maintain the cleanliness and proper display of jewellery products in the store
Assist with stock arrangement, price tagging, and inventory checks
Willing and required to conduct live selling / live streaming sessions
Support store promotions and daily store operations
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
Experience in retail sales or the jewellery industry is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented
Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Basic Salary + Allowance + OT claim + Commission
