Job Summary
CXL Group is hiring a CNC Machine Operator / Programmer to work in Subang Jaya. The role involves operating CNC machines, interpreting technical drawings, and inspecting finished components. The position offers a basic salary starting from RM 2,000 with benefits including free daily lunch and provided PPE.

Job Details
MACHINE OPERATOR / MACHINIST
Basic Salary: RM2,000 per month
Location: Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Subang Jaya
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
Commencement: Immediate
Job Responsibilities
- Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines according to production requirements.
- Set up machines and prepare tools, materials, and workpieces for machining operations.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality and dimensional requirements.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments and quality inspection tools.
- Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor operating issues.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and ensure the work area is safe and organised.
- Follow production schedules, quality standards, and workplace safety procedures.
- Report machine malfunctions, defects, or production issues to the supervisor.
Working Hours & Overtime
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM.
- Morning tea break: 15 minutes.
- Lunch break: 45 minutes, at 12:00 PM.
- Afternoon tea break: 15 minutes.
- Estimated overtime: Below 20 hours per month. Overtime schedule, when required: 5:30 PM – 8:45 PM.
