The intern will gain hands-on experience producing short videos and graphics, managing social channels, and tracking campaign metrics. Responsibilities
Content Production
- Create short-form videos and simple animations for social platforms, following brief and brand guidelines.
- Design social graphics and adapt assets for feed, story, and banner formats using Canva or similar tools.
- Write concise captions and CTAs that match audience tone and campaign goals.
- Prepare basic cutdowns and edits for promotional clips ready for posting.
Channel & Community
- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, XHS, Wechat, and TikTok (DuoYin), keeping a consistent content calendar.
- Monitor comments and messages, escalating student queries or feedback to the team promptly.
- Support small influencer collaborations and manage asset handovers and tracking links.
- Help run promotional campaigns and on-ground or online events when needed.
Measurement & Support
- Track simple performance metrics and prepare weekly snapshots to show what worked and what did not.
- Assist in A/B tests for captions, thumbnails, and posting times, and record results for the team.
- Organise raw files, assets, and campaign documents to keep the marketing folder tidy.
- Help with admin tasks like uploading content to LMS pages and updating course landing pages.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- No prior work experience required, open to students or fresh graduates ready to learn on the job.
- Basic portfolio or samples of social posts, graphics, or short videos are preferred.
- Willingness to receive feedback and iterate quickly on creative work.
