Finance Intern
Job Summary
Ayvens MHC Mobility Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd is looking for a Finance Intern to assist in payment processing, data entry, and monthly billing. The candidate will also help with bank and quarter reconciliations, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. This internship requires a minimum duration of 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Assist in payment processing and data entry
- Send out monthly lease invoices to customers
- Perform bank and quarter reconciliations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Required Skills
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting and Finance
- Fluent in business English (written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Available for an internship of more than 6 months
Job Details
Assist in payment procesing.
Perform data entry in system (Miles & SUN system)
Sending out monthly lease invoices to customer.
Assist in bank reconciliation.
Perform quarter reconciliation by requesting Statement of Account from customer.
Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual closing.
Other duties from time to time as requested.
Requirements:
A-Level or equivalant experience.
Pursuing a degree related to Accounting and Finance.
Fluent in business English language - written and verbal.
Working knowledge of Microsoft application skills.
Internship duration more than 6 months only.
