Job Summary
Broadcare Sdn Bhd is seeking an Internship Creative Content Creator (Videographer & Video Editor) to assist in designing social media posts, filming, and editing short-form videos. Candidates should be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field with a strong portfolio and familiarity with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with the marketing team, contribute fresh creative ideas, and support various company events.
Responsibilities
- Assist in graphic design for social media and marketing materials
- Support photo and video shoots for products and events
- Edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content

Required Skills
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Multimedia, Film, or related field
- Portfolio of previous photo/video work
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and lighting

Responsibilities
- Graphic Design: Assist in designing social media posts, posters, banners, promotional materials and other creative visuals.
- Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms.
- Photography & Videography: Assist in photo and video shoots for products, marketing campaigns, company events and activities.
- Video Editing: Edit short-form videos, reels and promotional content using creative effects, captions, music and transitions.
- Creative Ideas: Contribute fresh ideas for social media content, marketing campaigns and creative projects.
- Branding Support: Ensure designs and content follow the company's branding and visual direction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team on creative projects and daily activities.
- Creative Learning: Explore new design styles, editing techniques and the latest social media trends.
- Event Support: Assist with company events, marketing activities and other related tasks when required.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Film, Broadcasting, Mass Communication, Creative Media, or a related field.
- Portfolio, showreel, or samples of previous photo/video work are required.
- Familiar with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of photography, videography, camera operation, lighting, and audio recording is an advantage.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good time management and able to handle multiple assignments and deadlines.
- Good attitude, communication skills and willingness to take feedback.
