Project Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Project Management: Oversee interior renovation projects from commencement to completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. - Site Coordination: Manage contractors, suppliers and site workers to ensure smooth project execution. - Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact during construction, providing progress updates and addressing project-related matters. - Quality Control: Monitor site workmanship and ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications and design intent. - Procurement: Coordinate material orders, deliveries and installation schedules. - Problem Solving: Identify site issues early, propose solutions and ensure timely resolution. - Project Documentation: Maintain progress reports, track variations and coordinate project handover. REQUIREMENTS - Minimum Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Construction Management or a related field. - At least 3 years of relevant experience in interior design & build, renovation or construction project management. - Good understanding of renovation processes, construction materials and site workmanship. - Ability to read and interpret interior design and construction drawings. - Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, both written and spoken. - Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. - Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
