Automotive Sales Executive

About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and grow our business in Johor and surrounding regions. The candidate will be responsible for driving aggressive growth through new customers. Candidates with experience in various automotive sales channel (Motorcycle, Car Care, and Passenger cars) or related automotive products are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow existing dealer and workshop accounts - Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory - Conduct regular dealer visits to build strong customer relationships - Promote company products, promotions, and sales programs - Achieve monthly sales targets and collection KPIs - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback - Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate deliveries - Ensure timely payment collection from customers - Work closely with internal teams on stock planning and customer support - Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records - Participate in trade events, roadshows, and promotional activities when required Requirements: - Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field - At least 2 years of sales experience in automotive industry - Existing network within automotive industry is an added advantage - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Self-motivated and target-oriented - Able to travel frequently within Johor and surrounding areas - Possess valid driving license and own transport - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and reporting
