Finance Intern

This role is a Finance Intern (Finance & Automation) based in Singapore (hybrid) supporting finance automation build-out, audit and regulatory support, integration projects, and accounting operations across the business. Responsibilities & Qualifications: - Automation build-out (~60%): build and maintain Activepieces flows, customise NetSuite reports and saved searches for end-to-end automations, refine the Rovo agent, update supporting Confluence pages, and clean up source data for reliable AI/automation consumption. - Audit & regulatory support (~20%): gather and consolidate supporting documents for audit and regulatory requests during the internship period. - WegoPro project (~10%): support the Omni–WegoPro integration and map outputs for recording in NetSuite for auto-upload via Activepieces. - Accounting operations (10–20%): support payment runs (bi-monthly), convert and check Jira bills into NetSuite, liaise with Treasury on payments, and provide light month-end support on bill posting and BSPL reconciliation. Qualifications: - Current Accounting, Finance, or Business Analytics student with strong interest in automation and AI tools - Comfortable with Excel and data cleanup - Exposure to NetSuite, Jira, Confluence or low-code tools (Activepieces, Zapier, Make) is a plus - Detail-oriented Availability: - Full-time internship for 6 months required - Singapore based candidates preferred - Stipend: SGD 1000 per month for full-time internship
