Outlets Supervisor
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced outlets supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple F&B outlets in the North region. The role requires ensuring smooth operations, consistent service and product quality, food safety, and strong business performance. You will also collaborate with management to drive sales and develop outlet teams.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of F&B experience
- Strong leadership and staff management
- Familiar with POS systems
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple outlets.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and inspections.
- Maintain service, product quality, cleanliness and store standards.
- Monitor sales, costs and outlet performance.
- Identify ways to improve sales and profitability.
- Lead, train and develop outlet teams.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff retention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with a passion for learning and growth are welcome.
- 1–2 years of F&B experience would be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Experience in SOPs and operational systems.
- Familiar with POS systems, staff scheduling and performance reports.
- Willing to work weekends.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; Malay is an advantage.
