Retail Supervisor

Deliver excellent customer service and product recommendations Support sales achievement and contribute to store sales growth Maintain product displays, merchandising, and overall store cleanliness Build strong rapport and positive relationships with customers Handle cashiering duties and cash transactions accurately Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures Replenish and organize stock on shelves and in storage areas Complete and maintain necessary paperwork and store records Monitor store activities, track sales performance, and support daily operations Attend to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification Able to communicate in Malay and English (Mandarin is an added advantage) Friendly, pleasant personality with a positive attitude Independent, responsible, and self-motivated Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays No experience required – training will be provided Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Benefits: Training and career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Hands-on retail experience Staff discount Insurance & Medical claims
