Job Summary
Aetherion Dataworks Sdn Bhd is seeking a Telesales Specialist fluent in Mandarin to conduct outbound calls, engage potential customers through social platforms, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of telesales or call center experience and be results-driven to meet monthly acquisition targets. This position offers a basic salary plus commission package.
Responsibilities

Requirements Key Qualifications: Sales Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a telesales/call center (outbound) representative or related sales role. Multilingual Proficiency: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (reading, writing, speaking). Basic Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint and Excel. Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and great interpersonal skills; effective team player in a fast-paced environment. Results-driven with focus on meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets; confident, enthusiastic, professional, and proactive.
