Outlet Supervisor

Supervisor Job Scope: - Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations - Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism - Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering - Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management - Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately - Explain and promote products and offerings - Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service - Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner - To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers - Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP - Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers Requirements: - Candidate for Supervisor must have at least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in F&B - Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level - Able to work extra hours & on Public Holidays - No health issue / critical illness
