Job Summary
Family Foods Market Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Store Management Trainee to gain hands-on experience in supermarket operations. The successful candidate will learn daily outlet operations, support the outlet manager, and develop skills for future supervisory roles. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree are welcome to apply.

Management Trainee – Retail Operations
Job Responsibilities
- Learn and assist with daily outlet operations, including customer service, cashiering and stock replenishment.
- Assist with receiving goods, checking stock quantities and arranging products.
- Monitor product freshness, expiry dates, labelling and stock rotation.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organised displays and service standards.
- Support the outlet manager in coordinating daily tasks and teamwork.
- Assist with stock counts, basic reporting and operational improvements.
- Learn company procedures and gradually take on greater responsibilities.
