Working with us at Dirt Army HQ you will care for customers footwear and dailywear, run reliable cleaning processes, and show the craft in short social clips that feel honest and useful. As a Shoe Technician you will build repeatable cleaning and detailing workflows, improve turnaround for pickups and deliveries, and help the Jam PJ outlet present a tidy, welcoming front. You will own daily tasks from cleaning of soles and insoles to polishing, accessory cleaning, and quality control. Success means consistent quality, timely handovers, neat shop support on busy days, and simple engaging content that grows our audience.
Your Growth & Impact
- Build hands-on expertise in professional shoe cleaning and machine use, gaining techniques you can apply across brands and materials.
- Improve quality control skills by running checks and resolving common defects before items go back to customers.
- Create short-form video content and daily posts to sharpen basic filming and editing skills while telling our craft-forward story.
- Expand your operational experience by managing pickups, deliveries, and outlet support at Jam PJ during peak times.
- Grow into a trusted shop lead with increased responsibility for shift handover, minor training, and maintaining service standards.
