Job Details
As a physiotherapist, your core purpose is to shorten recovery times and restore function through clear assessments and targeted plans. You will conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments, develop individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals, and deliver evidence-based care including manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy modalities, and functional rehabilitation. You will monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans to optimise outcomes, educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics and self-management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant working experience is an added advantage.
- Clinical Skills: Good clinical assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation skills. Ability to provide appropriate, patient-centred physiotherapy treatments.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to explain treatment plans clearly to patients.
- Personal Qualities: Responsible, caring, meticulous, patient-focused, and willing to learn. Positive attitude with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Teamwork: Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
