Operations Intern
Job Summary
Funding Societies Malaysia is seeking an Operations Intern to assist in executing tasks within turnaround time, reviewing SME applications, and verifying transactions. The intern will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery. Candidates should be currently pursuing a relevant degree and be able to commit to a 6-month internship.
Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tasks within turnaround time
- Review and assess applications for various initiatives
- Verify and validate initial transactions between SMEs and service providers
- Liaise with service providers and financial institutions
- Perform due diligence on service submissions
Required Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Able to commit 6 months internship (5 days a week)
Job Details
What will you do:
- To assist on executing tasks assigned within turn around time.
- To review and assess applications for various initiatives.
- To verify and validate initial transactions between SMEs and service providers.
- To liaise with service providers and financial institutions to ensure smooth operations.
- To perform due diligence on service submissions to ensure the legitimacy of the service provided.
- To collaborate closely with essential parties, including those within the organization and external stakeholders, to guarantee timely delivery of projects or tasks.
Requirements What are we looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or any related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to commit 6 months internship.
- Able to commit for 5 days in a week during the internship period.
