Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide prompt and courteous service.
- Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Assist with cashiering and payment transactions when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, service counters, and workstations.
- Follow company procedures, food safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
- Support daily opening and closing duties.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Replenish service supplies and monitor stock levels where necessary.
- Perform other operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
