- Provide safe and reliable transportation for directors, clients, visitors, and sales staff
- Maintain cleanliness and good condition of company vehicles
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance issues
- Plan routes efficiently using GPS or navigation applications
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Valid Malaysian driving licence with good driving record
- Good time management and route-planning skills
- Professional, polite, and courteous attitude
Job Details
Responsibilities Daily Operations Provide safe and reliable transportation for the company director, clients, visitors, and Sales Staff. Transport clients and sales staff to various property project sites, meetings, and other designated locations. Ensure all pick-ups and drop-offs are arranged efficiently and that passengers arrive at their destinations on time. Remain contactable by phone and respond promptly to calls and messages regarding transportation arrangements. Accommodate ad hoc transportation requests, last-minute schedule changes, and overtime when required. Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of company vehicles at all times. Perform routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues or defects promptly. Plan routes efficiently using GPS or navigation applications to ensure smooth and timely journeys. Maintain a professional, polite, and courteous attitude when interacting with clients, management, and colleagues. Maintain confidentiality regarding company matters and client information. Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned by management. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year professional driving experience, preferably supporting corporate or site operations. Valid Malaysian driving licence and a consistently good driving record. Able to provide references or employment history showing consistent attendance and responsibility.
