Job Summary
Provide support to Mandarin-speaking advertisers through various communication channels including Call, Email, and Live Chat. Assist clients with account setup, campaign settings, troubleshooting, and ad campaign optimization to improve business results. Collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate records while meeting quality standards.

Required Skills
- Diploma's Degree in any field, preferably advertising or marketing
- Excellent communication skill in English and Mandarin
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer support preferred
- Passion for social media, online marketing or online advertising

Requirements Qualifications:
- Possess at least a Diploma’s Degree in any field, preferably advertising or marketing.
- Excellent communication skill in English and Mandarin language.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in customer support will be an added advantage; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Passion for social media, online marketing or online advertising.
- A creative mindset and understanding of customer needs.
- Strong communication skills and a flair for convincing and presenting an argument.
- Ability to work in an organized and structured manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
