Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. Partner with employers to understand hiring needs and source candidates through multiple channels. Support offer communication and track recruiting progress to meet monthly hiring targets.

Job Details
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate and operational roles, including role intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer follow-up. Partner with employer to understand hiring needs, clarify role requirements. Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals and industry networks. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key roles and support passive candidate engagement. Support offer communication, pre-onboarding coordination. Track recruiting progress, maintain accurate hiring data, and support continuous improvement of recruiting channels and processes. To meet the company monthly hiring target. Requirements Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm
