Marketing Intern

Malaysia-based candidates only: this role is open only to candidates already in Malaysia with the right to work here (Malaysian citizens or permanent residents). What you'll do - Plan and create social media content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu) - Shoot and edit short-form videos - Write blog posts and guides for our website - Help find and reach out to potential B2B customers (sales teams and SMEs) - Track what works and report simple results weekly What you get - Allowance: RM 600-800 / month - Commission: extra bonus when you hit agreed targets (e.g. leads generated or customers signed) - Hybrid: no fixed office, flexible hours - Real ownership: your work goes live - Internship letter, and a reference for strong performers - Duration: 3 months Requirements What we're looking for - Malaysian citizen or PR, based in the Klang Valley (we meet in KL from time to time) - Diploma/degree student in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business or similar (or self-taught with a portfolio) - Good written English; Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a big plus - Comfortable on or behind camera: CapCut, Canva or similar - Outgoing and confident: you enjoy talking to people, on camera and off - Creative: you have ideas of your own and like trying new formats - Self-driven, can work remotely without being chased
