Job Details
Welcome guests, confirm reservations and manage walk-in enquiries. Handle telephone bookings and record guest preferences accurately. Coordinate seating with the service team to ensure tables are ready. Check the dining area, menus and reception station for cleanliness and readiness before service. Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating concerns when necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus, daily specials and venue activities. Assist with food and beverage service, table clearing and accurate order documentation. Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure dining arrangements run smoothly. Guide colleagues on guest reception and seating procedures. Maintain professional presentation and follow food hygiene, health and safety standards.
