Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into system specifications and solution designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed system changes.
- Design and configure software systems or modules based on functional requirements.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Validate and test software functionalities to ensure they meet user expectations.
- Provide advanced support for system issues and user queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and solutions effectively to stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend improvements in software processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Provide guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to junior analysts and team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in software/system analysis, implementation, or support.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, business process modeling, and system integration concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system documentation tools.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise-level software systems is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
