IT BA

IT BA oversees the successful delivery of IT solutions, ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives by managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities: - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical and business feasibility. - Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and ensure milestones are achieved. - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. - Mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members, fostering accountability and positive action. - Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. - Establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Communicate project status, progress, and updates effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. - Provide escalations and resolutions for issues and conflicts to ensure smooth project delivery. Requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, IT, or related fields. - Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus. - Minimum 4-7 years of project management experience, preferably in software development. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Scrum preferred). - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project). - Independent and proactive in managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment. - Mandarin proficiency is required.
