Recruiter

Position: Recruiter Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor (Near to USJ 7 LRT Station) Position Overview As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and placement. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities - Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels - Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements - Conduct candidate interviews and assessments - Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients - Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases - Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process - Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable candidates Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field - Minimum of 1 year of end to end recruitment experience is preferred - Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply - Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu - Able to work independently with minimum supervision - Highly motivated, organized, and target-driven - Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment What We Offer - Competitive salary with performance incentives - Structured training and career development opportunities - Supportive and collaborative working environment - Company trips and team activities - Opportunity to grow your career in the recruitment industry
