Interior Designer
Job Summary
IQI Concept is looking for a creative Interior Designer with at least 2 years of experience in residential projects to join our design-and-build team. The role focuses on generating innovative designs, preparing detailed proposal drawings, and coordinating project delivery from start to handover. Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard software and have excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Generate innovative and trendy design concepts
- Prepare proposal and detailed technical drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage project timelines and deadlines
Required Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, or SketchUp
- 2+ years experience in residential design
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Generate innovative, creative and trendy designs in accordance to the client’s requirements and budget.
- Prepare proposal drawings for design presentations and detailed drawings for confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
- Coordinate between client and all internal departments to ensure smooth progress and handover of the project.
- Undertake any responsibilities assigned by superiors or management.
- Complete tasks given with excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp or similar design software.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in residential projects.
- Must possess own transport.
