Job Details
Implement the assigned IT project under the guidance of the HR team. Gather user requirements and translate them into clear project tasks. Support the development, configuration, and testing of project systems or tools. Troubleshoot project issues and coordinate with relevant teams or vendors as needed. Maintain project documentation, user guides, and progress reports. Assist with project rollout, user training, and handover while maintaining confidentiality of company and employee information.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively.
- Willing to learn, take initiative, and complete assigned tasks within project timelines.
