Site Supervisor
Job Summary
The Site Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and supervising all installation works undertaken by the company while liaising with architects, consultants, and contractors. Key duties include conducting site inspections, solving technical problems, and submitting progress reports. Candidates must hold a relevant certificate or diploma and have 3-5 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or renovation.

Required Skills
- Certificate or Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Engineering
- Experience in C&S / Electrical work
- 3-5 years experience in construction, maintenance, or renovation
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu
Job Details
To monitor and supervise all installation works undertake by the company. Liaisons with architect,consultants,contractors and owners representattive(developer)and other parties as required for the successful accomplishment of project.
Site checking and inspection with relevant parties after work has been done.Ensure necessary inspection records are filled up,compile and sudmit to PM/QAQC.
To attend &solve technical problems of any company products at site by issuing RFI to respective consultants.
Submission of progress reports and progress claim.
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
certificate/Diploma in civil or electrical or engineering.
good skill in C&S / Electrical work.
3-5years experience in construction,maintenance,renovation works.
Able to work under pressure within tight deadline.
Able to travel outstation.
A strong commend of English and Bahasa Melayu with excellent communication and writing skills.
Basic knowledge in QMS and its implementation.
