QS Engineer
Job Summary
Assist Managing Director and Engineer in preparing contract documentation and progress claims. Ensure project control complies with contract requirements and coordinate site activities. Manage variation order processes and maintain proper documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and compile contract related documentation
- Ensure projects comply with contract requirements
- Coordinate with site PIC for construction and inspection activities
- Prepare progress claims and handle variation orders
Required Skills
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying
- 3-5 years construction industry experience
- Knowledge of Quality Management System
- Strong command of English and Bahasa
Job Details
Assist MD/Enginner to Prepare or compile contract related documentation.
Ensure that all projects are properly control in compliance with contract requirements.
Coordinates with site PIC for all activities related to construction and inspection of work being carried out,completed and properly documented.
Assist MD/Enginner to Prepare progress claim accordingly.
Assist MD/Enginner on variation order process respectively.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System.
- Self-motivated.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Good management and interpersonal skill.
- Highly committed and result oriented.
- Computer literate, analytical, meticulous and possess eye for details.
- A strong command for English and Bahasa that enable affective communication and report wiring.
