What You’ll Do: You'll look after the customer from their first enquiry to the moment they collect their car. You'll get to know their car and what they're after, recommend the right care, sort the quote with our workshop, keep them updated along the way, and build the kind of relationship that brings them back again and again. What a day looks like: You check your enquiries and the cars coming in. You greet a customer, walk their car with them, ask and listen to what they want, and then talk them through the right options. You line up the quote with Operations, follow up on yesterday's leads, and reconnect with customers who weren't ready for us before. Later, a customer collects their car and you hand it over like it's the highlight of their week, because for them, it is.
