Waiter / All Rounder
Job Summary
We are seeking a Waiter / All Rounder to greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will provide courteous service, handle inquiries and complaints, and maintain beverage inventories. Fresh graduates and candidates with F&B experience are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills
- SPM or equivalent
- F&B Certification
- Malay communication skills
- Valid Typhoid & Food Handlers Certificate
Job Details
Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive attitude
Provides courteous service to guest and respond promptly to guests’ inquiries, complaints or requests
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Prepare beverages following recipes
Maintains inventories by replenishing beverage supplies; stocking & maintaining supplies, for all beverages
General service duties (preparation for opening & closing)
Ability to stand for several hours during operation time
Integrity to follow company policies and procedures (SOPs)
Work quickly and under time constraints
Requirements
Possess SPM or equivalent
F&B Certification
Fresh graduates are encouraged to join
Malaysian preferred, or workers with permit
Be able to communicate in Malay
Experience in F&B industry will be an added advantage
Own transportation to/from work location
Must have valid Typhoid & Food Handlers Certificate
