Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic financial guidance. You will manage daily financial activities, prepare statements, and supervise the finance team. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, CPA/CA qualification, and at least 5 years of experience.

What you'll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and control
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support
What we're looking for
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the accounting/financial services industry
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Competent in using SQL Accounting and Microsoft Word/Excel
- Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin speaking is an advantage
