Responsibilities: 1) Wealth Advisory & Financial Planning: Perform comprehensive financial needs assessments to identify clients' immediate and future aspirations. Offer tailored advice on safeguarding wealth, savings strategies, retirement planning, educational funding, and investment options. Assist clients in making well-informed financial choices that align with their individual objectives. 2) Client Relationship Development: Forge significant connections with professionals, families, and entrepreneurs. Enhance your professional network via referrals, networking events, and social interactions. Position yourself as a reliable advisor by comprehending clients' goals and dreams. 3) Leadership & Business Development: Acquire knowledge on how to establish and oversee a professional advisory practice. Enhance skills in business development, communication, and managing relationships. Experience leadership roles through opportunities for mentorship. Requirements: - Minimum Entry Requirement: SPM with 5 passes inclusive Bahasa Malaysia subjects or other qualifications deemed equivalent or higher (must be academic based). - Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Positive attitude with a growth mindset. - Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn. - Comfortable building relationships and engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
