Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Sales Executive to join our duty free store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth daily store operations. They will handle sales transactions, manage merchandise displays, and assist with inventory management.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Stay up to date with promotions, product knowledge, and store policies.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.
- Handle packaging and checkout for duty-free purchases, ensuring all transactions follow duty-free rules and customer eligibility requirements.
- Ensure merchandise is well-displayed, tagged, and replenished as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in regular inventory checks.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments.
- Report any discrepancies in stock or customer issues to the Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred (experience in duty-free or travel retail is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- POS system experience and basic computer skills.
- Customer focused with a positive attitude.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and well groomed.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
