HR & Admin Executive
Job Summary
Rigel Technology is seeking a Human Resource & Admin Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and general administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle onboarding, payroll assistance, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws. A diploma or degree in HR or a related field with 1-2 years of experience is required.

Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
- Liaise with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to fulfil manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment records and monitor hiring progress to ensure timely placement of candidates.
Employee Relations & HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, probation reviews, confirmation, resignation, and exit processes.
- Maintain and update employee personal files, HR databases, attendance, leave records, and employment documentation.
- Address employees’ HR-related enquiries and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in monthly payroll preparation, overtime calculations, claims processing, and attendance verification.
- Administer employee benefits, insurance, medical coverage, and staff welfare programmes.
- Ensure HR documentation and practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training programmes, internal workshops, and external training arrangements.
- Maintain training records and assist in identifying employee development needs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management activities.
HR Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly HR reports, recruitment updates, headcount reports, and employee turnover statistics.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and HR administrative performance.
- Develop and maintain HR forms, trackers, standard operating procedures, and personnel documentation.
General Administration
- Manage office supplies, company assets, administrative documentation, and general office operations.
- Coordinate asset tagging, equipment allocation, and maintenance records.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR and Administration experience.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
