Job Summary

Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide professional assistance throughout the sales and project process. Job Details

Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations, and provide professional assistance throughout the sales and project process. Service and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities. Follow up with clients, prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate with clients, and support the team in achieving sales targets. Coordinate closely with the Sales, Sales Support, Operations, and Branding teams to ensure smooth project planning and execution. Monitor the overall progress of tours and projects to ensure all arrangements are properly coordinated and delivered according to client requirements. Handle operational issues, last-minute changes, and client requests promptly and effectively to ensure a smooth travel experience. Liaise with hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and other suppliers to ensure services are arranged according to agreed requirements. Perform other sales, business development, and operational duties as assigned by the Manager. Assist clients with airport check-in procedures and provide support with flight-related arrangements when required. Requirements: Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with clients. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in the travel, tourism, or MICE industry are encouraged to apply. Strong ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients and business partners. Able to handle operational issues, resolve problems promptly, and ensure smooth execution of projects. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with good attention to detail. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with the team. Willing to travel or work outside normal hours when required for business activities. Open to both junior and senior candidates. Salary will be offered based on qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
