VIP Manager (iGaming) — Kuala Lumpur (Fully Remote) What you'll do: - Manage a personal portfolio of VIP and high-value players (casino and/or sportsbook) - Build long-term, trust-based relationships through personal communication (Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat, phone) - Grow retention, activity and lifetime value (LTV) across your portfolio - Reactivate inactive VIP players with tailored offers and campaigns - Create personalized bonuses, cashback, gifts and experiences while keeping them profitable - Identify and onboard new potential VIPs early in their player journey - Handle VIP requests and escalations, including deposits, withdrawals, limits and KYC, with speed and discretion - Work closely with CRM, Risk, Payments and Support teams - Track portfolio performance (GGR/NGR, deposits, retention, churn) and report on results - Follow responsible gambling and AML standards at all times Compensation: - Competitive base salary, discussed individually based on your experience - Salary review after probation - Performance-based commission on portfolio results - Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Full-time / Fully Remote Requirements: What we're looking for: - Based in Kuala Lumpur - Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin); Malay or Cantonese is a plus - 2+ years of experience as a VIP Manager, VIP Account Manager or Player Retention Manager in iGaming - Strong understanding of casino and sportsbook products, bonus mechanics and player behavior in the Asian market - Experience with CRM tools and working with player data - Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a high level of emotional intelligence - Comfortable working with targets, numbers and performance metrics - Discreet, proactive and results-driven, with a service-first mindset - Able to work independently in a remote setup - Available for flexible hours, since VIP players expect fast responses
