Job Summary

SsengStudio is seeking a Project Assistant to learn on the job, manage creative projects, and grow into a market-facing leader. This role starts with close training and project support, progressively allowing you to own end-to-end projects. Candidates will develop practical project management skills, lead client communications, and eventually build and manage a small team.

Job Details

Responsibilities Project Delivery Support and run the day to day of visual projects, from scoping and timeline setting to final delivery. Translate client briefs into clear scopes, milestones, and asset lists so the team knows what to build. Monitor schedules, deliverable quality, and simple budgets to keep projects on track and on brief. Perform quality checks and coordinate handovers for final files and client approvals. Client & Commercial Lead client conversations and capture requirements with care so proposals match expectations. Draft proposals and scopes of work that outline deliverables, timelines, and costs. Research and qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and support closing small projects. Maintain client relationships and gather feedback for future opportunities. Team & Process Recruit and onboard small project teams, assigning tasks and clarifying responsibilities. Introduce simple workflows, templates, and checklists to reduce friction in delivery. Mentor junior teammates and share practical, on the job coaching as projects progress. Report project outcomes and suggest incremental process improvements after each delivery. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Entry level to junior candidates welcome; we do not expect you to be perfect at the start but want someone ready to learn. Any background in art, design, communications, or project support is relevant and valued. Experience with client-facing tasks, proposals, or studio delivery is a plus but not mandatory. Comfortable working in a small, hands on studio where responsibilities grow quickly. Hard Skills & Knowledge Familiarity with basic project tools such as Trello, Asana, Google Workspace or similar for scheduling and collaboration. Ability to prepare simple proposals, scopes of work, and clear client updates. Understanding of design production workflows, asset handoffs, and basic file management practices. Good written and spoken English for client communication and internal coordination. Soft Skills & Qualities Hungry to learn, ambitious about growth, and ready to take on increasing responsibility.
