Product Intern
Job Summary
You will help build and improve product features from idea to launch, gaining real ownership over small features and user flows. This internship allows you to see direct impact and learn product thinking quickly by assisting the product team in developing AI-powered software products. You will work closely with developers and designers while conducting market research and gathering requirements.

Responsibilities
- Assist the product team in planning, developing, and improving AI-powered software products and digital solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and product opportunities.
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analysing product requirements from stakeholders and users.
- Support the preparation of product specifications, feature documentation, user guides, and product presentations.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members to support product development and enhancement.
- Assist in tracking product development progress, timelines, and feature releases.
- Participate in product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Collect and analyse user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to identify potential features and enhancements for software products.
- Perform other product management and coordination tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
- Interested in software products, AI technology, digital solutions, and product development.
- Willing to learn about product management, software development processes, and AI applications.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools, wireframing tools, or data analysis is an advantage.
