Job Summary
The Operations Intern will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The role involves working closely with store teams to support manpower planning and coordinating employee engagement activities. Additionally, the intern will support employer branding initiatives and handle essential HR documentation tasks.

Required Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor in Operation Management
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Details
Responsibilities:

- Support employer branding through career fairs and social media.
- Track and report on hiring metrics and staffing trends.
- Handle basic HR operations like documentation and coordination with other teams.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor in Operation Management or any related field.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Willing to work at Wisma LYL, Petaling Jaya office.
