Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project documents, correspondence, drawings, and records.
- Prepare and update project reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate document submissions to clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Assist in tracking purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and claims.
- Monitor project filing systems and document control procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and project-related communications.
- Support manpower, attendance, and project resource records.
- Liaise with internal departments and external parties on administrative matters.
- Perform other project administration duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
- 1 – 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or M&E industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and document control skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
