Job Summary
Revnology Group is looking for a creative and reliable Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to own their social media presence. The intern will plan, create, and publish engaging content across various channels to showcase the company's software solutions and behind-the-scenes work. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, producing short-form videos and graphics, and tracking performance metrics.

- Pursuing or completed degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
- Experience using video editing and design tools
- Strong time management and self-driven attitude
- Good written communication in English with a required portfolio
Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content including graphics, carousels, short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) and captions
- Shoot and edit videos of product demos, site deployments, installations and behind-the-scenes work
- Post consistently and on schedule; make sure every piece of content goes out on time
- Write clear, on-brand captions and copy in English (Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin is a plus)
- Keep up with social media trends and suggest ideas we can adapt for a B2B tech audience
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share a simple monthly report
- Respond to comments and messages, or flag them to the right person
- Support other marketing tasks such as event coverage, product launches and website content when needed
Requirements:
Content Production
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Design or a related field
- Hands-on experience creating social media content (personal, club, freelance or past internship accounts all count)
- Able to edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar
- Comfortable with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
- Good sense of visual design, storytelling and what makes content engaging
- Strong time management; able to meet posting deadlines without constant reminders
- Self-driven, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of a channel
- Good written communication skills in English
- A portfolio is required. Please include links to content you've created (social accounts, videos, designs)
Nice to have:
- Basic photography and videography skills (phone or camera)
- Interest in technology, tech products or B2B marketing
- Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics
