Production:
- Plan and manage daily production activities.
- Ensure products are made on time and meet quality standards.
- Supervise production team and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor output, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with QA and logistics to meet delivery targets.
Maintenance:
- Oversee all machine and equipment maintenance (preventive and breakdown).
- Plan maintenance schedules to avoid production delays.
- Lead the maintenance team and assign tasks.
- Troubleshoot major equipment issues.
- Ensure machines are safe and in good working condition.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Manufacturing).
- Minimum 5 years experience in production or maintenance; combined experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of factory equipment and processes.
- Able to lead a team and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of CNC milling and lathe machines.
