Job Summary
We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our debt recovery team. You will handle customer calls connected through our predictive dialing system, follow up on outstanding payments, and assist customers with repayment arrangements. This role requires good communication skills and adherence to debt collection regulations.

- Handle customer calls via predictive dialing system
- Communicate regarding outstanding payments and negotiate arrangements
- Send WhatsApp payment reminders
- Update customer records and payment commitments accurately
- Comply with debt collection regulations and policies
Required Skills
- SPM or equivalent qualification
- Experience in debt collection or customer service is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate and target-driven

Requirements
- SPM or equivalent qualification.
