Rotational Learning & Projects
- Rotate through client engagements and internal teams to gain exposure to trust administration, bookkeeping, and advisory tasks.
- Support small projects from planning to completion, tracking progress and flagging issues early.
- Prepare concise summaries and follow-up actions so senior staff can make fast decisions.
Client Support & Advisory
- Assist with client onboarding, document collection, and routine client communications in a clear and professional manner.
- Help prepare basic client deliverables such as meeting notes, simple financial summaries, and task lists.
- Coordinate with senior colleagues to ensure client queries are answered and timelines are met.
Finance & Operations
- Perform day-to-day accounting support including data entry, reconciliations, and preparation of basic financial records.
- Help maintain organized records and filing systems to keep information accessible and audit-ready.
- Contribute to process improvements that reduce repetitive work and improve consistency.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Fresh graduate or final-year student with a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- No prior full-time experience required; internships or student projects in accounting or office support are valued.

Hard Skills & Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Accounting principles and bookkeeping routines, with Accounting listed as a core skill.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel for data entry, simple formulas, and basic pivot tables.
- Familiarity with preparing simple financial summaries and routine reports for review.
- Ability to use standard office tools such as Word and email, and a readiness to learn practice-specific software.
